SIMON SAYS: It's A Wrap (packaging)

La sfida di questa settimana è creare una "confezione" speciale per un regalo fatto con il cuore. 

Ho pensato di creare  due buste per dei piccoli doni particolari: che ne dite di un buono per due pizze alla coppia dei vostri amici che da tempo non escono da soli perché troppo presi dalla famiglia? Ho un massaggio relax per l'amica che non dedica mai del tempo a se stessa? O una gift card in un negozio di crafting per l'amica creativa? O due biglietti per il cinema, per il teatro o il Luna Park....beh avete capito..mi piacciono le gift cards!😊

I due progetti sono molto semplici e veloci...seguite il tutorial, metteteci il cuore e divertitevi a riprodurli...

This week's challenge is to create a special "package" for a gift made with the heart.

I thought of creating two envelopements for small special gifts: how about a coupon for two pizzas to a couple of your friends who have not gone out for a long time because they are too busy with their family? I got a free, relaxing massage for my friend who never dedicates time to herself? Or a gift card in a crafting shop for one creative friend? Or two tickets for the cinema, the theater or the Amusement Park .... well you understood ... I like gift cards!😊

The two projects are very simple and fast ... follow the tutorial, put your heart in it and have fun reproducing them ...

Primo progetto:   YOU ARE A TREASURE TO ME

First project: YOU ARE A TREASURE TO ME

Ho utilizzato una carta dalla collezione "Christmas holidays!" di MODASCRAP dalla quale ho ricavato la forma di una busta, utilizzando come modello una normale busta da  lettere. Ritaglio la forma con la forbice, e piego i lembi con l'aiuto di un righello. Con il  DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANY e il BLENDING TOOL passo tutti i bordi della busta.

I used a card from the "Christmas holidays!" Collection of MODASCRAP from which I got the shape of an envelope, using a normal envelope as a template. Cut the shape with the scissors, and bend the flaps with the help of a ruler. With the DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANY and the BLENDING TOOL, pass all the edges of the envelope.

 

  

Posiziono lo stencil GINGHAM PURE SUNSHINE  di SIMON SAYS STAMP.COM sull'apertura    della busta, e passo tutti i bordi con il BLENDING TOOL E il DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANI.

Posiziono la  busta ancora aperta nella TIM HOLTZ STAMP PLATFORM e timbro i sentiments della plate "ORNATE ORNAMENTS" con il DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANI. L'effetto mi piace molto, così ripeto l'operazione sia  nella parte davanti che nel retro della busta.

I place the GINGHAM PURE SUNSHINE stencil by SIMON SAYS STAMP.COM on the opening of the envelope, and I pass each edge with the BLENDING TOOL and the DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANI

I place the still open envelope in the TIM HOLTZ STAMP PLATFORM and stamp the sentiments of the "ORNATE ORNAMENTS" plate with the DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANI .I like the effect a lot, so I repeat the operation both on the front and on the back of the envelope.

Formo la busta utilizzando lo scotch biadesivo per unire  tre lati.

I create the envelope using double-sided tape to join three sides.

Con la TIM HOLTZ Stamp platform, timbro su un foglio di carta da lucido con il VERSAMARK WATERMARK PAD i BEAUTIFUL FLOWER di Simon Says Stamp.com e li ritaglio con la forbici. Ci sono le fustelle abbinate che velocizzano l'operazione e rifilano perfettamente la forma...sono nella mia lista dei desideri!

Verso la polvere da embossing NUVO EMBOSSING POWDER GLACIER WHITE, elimino l'eccesso e la sciolgo con l'embosser.

With the TIM HOLTZ Stamp platform, I stamp the "BEAUTIFUL FLOWER" on a sheet of vellum paper with the VERSAMARK WATERMARK PAD by Simon Says Stamp.com and cut them with scissors. There are the matching dies cut that speed up the operation and perfectly trim the shape ... added on my wish list already!

I pour the embossing powder NUVO EMBOSSING POWDER GLACIER WHITE, I remove the excess and melt it with the embosser.

 

 

Con il nastro biadesivo faccio aderire i fiori appena ritagliati posizionandoli lungo il bordo dell'apertura della busta.

With the double-sided tape I adhere the freshly cut flowers positioning them along the edge of the envelope's opening.

Passo tutti i bordi con il BLENDING TOOL E il DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANI e WALNUT STAIN.
Per la chiusura della busta  foro vicino alla  punta, prendo la misura e foro anche nella parte sottostante per fare passare un nastrino di colore abbinato.

I paint each edge with the BLENDING TOOL and the DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANI and the WALNUT STAIN.
To close the envelope's hole near the tip, I take the hole's measurement and also, I cut a hole in the lower part to pass a ribbon of a matching color.

  

 

Dal foglio di carta da lucido ritaglio un rettangolo della stessa larghezza della busta e timbro il sentiments "You are a treasure to me" preso dalla plate BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS con il VERSAMARK WATERMARK PAD.  Ricopro la scritta con  la polvere da embossing NUVO EMBOSSING POWDER GLACIER WHITE. elimino l'eccesso  e la sciolgo con l'embosser.  Coloro i  bordi della striscia di carta da lucido con il blending tool e il DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANI.

From the vellum  paper, cut a rectangle the same width as the envelope and stamp the sentiments "You are a treasure to me" taken from the plate "BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS" with the VERSAMARK WATERMARK PAD. I cover the inscription with the embossing powder NUVO EMBOSSING POWDER GLACIER WHITE. I eliminate the excess and melt it with the embosser. I paint the edges of the vellum  paper strip with the blending tool and the DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANI.

 

La  bustina è pronta....ora basta inserire un piccolo pensiero e il Natale può arrivare...
dite sia presto? Neanche tanto ...mancano soltanto 99 giorni! Volanoooo!

The envelope is ready .... now just put in a little thought and Christmas can come ...
maybe a little early? Not much ... there are only 98 days left!

 SECONDO PROGETTO: Vintage Chistmas

SECOND PROJECT: Vintage Christmas

Per il secondo progetto utilizzo un'altra carta contenuta nell'album CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS! di ModaScrap. Questo foglio, con delicati ornamenti natalizi, chiama il  timbro  della nuova release  di SIMON SAYS STAMP.COM  "ORNATE ORNAMENTS". Utilizzo il VERSAMARK WATERMARK PAD per timbrare gli ornamenti,   li ricopro con  la polvere da embossing NUVO EMBOSSING POWDER GLACIER WHITE, elimino l'eccesso e la sciolgo con l'embosser. 

For the second project I use another card contained in the CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS! album by ModaScrap. This sheet, with delicate Christmas ornaments, recalls the stamp from the new release of SIMON SAYS STAMP.COM "ORNATE ORNAMENTS". I use the VERSAMARK WATERMARK PAD to stamp the ornaments, I cover them with the embossing powder NUVO EMBOSSING POWDER GLACIER WHITE, I eliminate the excess and release it with the embosser.

  

Ritaglio la forma per creare una bustina delle misure di 4,5 inches per 9 inches,  con il righello segno le pieghe, e creo la busta attaccando con il nastro biadesivo il lato laterale e il fondo.

Then I crop the shape to create an envelope measuring 4.5 inches by 9 inches, next I mark the folds using a ruler, and create the envelope by gluing the side and bottom with the double-sided tape.

Con un punch vado a forare i lati della busta, dove successivamente infilerò una semplice corda.

Con il BLENDING TOOL e il DISTRESS INK PINE NEEDLES coloro i bordi della busta.

Dallo stesso album di carta CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY  Modascrap ritaglio i banner "MERRY CHRISTMAS", "WITH LOVE" e  "DO NOT OPER UNTIL 25 DECEMBER"

Con il PAPER DISTRESSER vado a "rovinare" i bordi dei banner, e li coloro con  il DISTRESS INK WALNUT STAIN  utilizzando il  BLENDING TOOL.

With a punch I go to drill the sides of the envelope, where I will later put a simple rope.
With the BLENDING TOOL and the DISTRESS INK PINE NEEDLES I paint the edges of the envelope.
From the same paper album CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY Modascrap will cut the "MERRY CHRISTMAS", "WITH LOVE" and "DO NOT OPER UNTIL 25 DECEMBER" banners
With the PAPER DISTRESSER I go to "spoil" the edges of the banners, and those with the DISTRESS INK WALNUT STAIN using the BLENDING TOOL.

Disegno e ritaglio un cervo che salta su una carta rossa a dots bianchi simile a questa della "BIRTHDAY BLOWOUT" MY FAVOURIT THINGS , e ne coloro i bordi con il BLENDING TOOL e i DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANY e WALNUT STAIN.
I draw and cut a deer jumping on a red and white dots paper similar to this one of the "BIRTHDAY BLOWOUT" MY FAVORITE THINGS, and those on the edges with the BLENDING TOOL and the DISTRESS INK AGED MAHOGANY and WALNUT STAIN
 

Timbro sulla busta il ramoscello preso dal CHRISTMAS ACCESSORIES STAMP SET di DYAN REAVELEY con il DISTRESS INK WALNUT STAIN E PINE NEEDLES.
Con due fermacampioni  IDEA-OLOGY LONG FASTENERS BRADS fisso l'etichetta "do not open..." nel lato superiore della busta.
Incollo un etichetta presa dal set IDEA-OLOGY COLLECTOR EPHEMERA che ho invecchiato con  il PAPER DISTRESSER e colorato con il DISTRESS INK WALNUT STAIN.

Next I stamp the twig taken from the CHRISTMAS ACCESSORIES STAMP SET of DYAN REAVELEY on the envelope with the DISTRESS INK WALNUT STAIN AND PINE NEEDLES.
With two IDEA-OLOGY LONG FASTENERS BRADS paper clips, set the "do not open ..." label on the top of the envelope.
I paste a label from the IDEA-OLOGY COLLECTOR EPHEMERA set that I aged with the PAPER DISTRESSER and colored with the DISTRESS INK WALNUT STAIN.

Con il biadesivo spessorato attacco il cervo,  il ritaglio "WITH LOVE" e passo la corda lungo in bordi partendo dalla parte bassa della busta. Foro i due banner preparati in precedenza, li infilo nella corda e con  un semplice nodo chiudo la busta.

With double-sided tape, I attach the deer and the "WITH LOVE" cutout, and pass the rope alongside  the edges starting starting from the lower part of the envelope. I hole the two banners I prepared earlier, I put them in the rope and with a simple knot I close the envelope.

Anche questo progetto è terminato. Le buste sono pronte ad accogliere i pensieri gentili del vostro cuore. Spero di esservi stata di ispirazione e, come sempre, auguro a tutti voi BUONA VITA!
